3. Permissions and Features Used

Camera Permission

  • Used to scan QR codes provided for accessing exams.
  • The camera is only activated when scanning is required.

App Pinning (Screen Pinning)

  • The app uses the device’s screen pinning feature to lock the app during exams.
  • This prevents users from leaving the exam screen or switching to other applications.
  • This feature is managed by the Android system.
  • We do not set or collect any device PIN, password, or security credentials.

4. QR Code Feature

  • Teachers can generate QR codes for exam sessions.
  • QR codes are used only to access exam sessions.
  • No personal data is embedded or stored in the QR code by us.

5. Advertisements

  • The application may display advertisements on student devices during exam sessions.
